Montana has been one of my constant and favorite playgrounds since 1976. Over the years my late husband Rick Hubbard and I would spend our summer vacations and most Christmas holidays at his family's ranch in Cinnabar Basin. Some of my favorite memories were forged there and in the Absorkee-Beartooth Wilderness Area and Yellowstone National Park where we hiked, backpacked, fly-fished, canoed, and cross-country skied. 

Since 1997, my engagement with Montana has grown to include involvement with the Cinnabar Foundation, Montana's conservation fund, that was founded by my in-laws to preserve and protect Montanans constitutional right to a clean and healthful environment.
