Just heard from ACE Camp that our demo/participation cooking class on Traditional High Tea requires us to ring an apron . . . if we want to learn to prepare scones the "Mrs. Patmore" way! Of course, we will be doing this while imbibing Pimm's cups ala Lady Mary. As I aspire to the "upstairs," I will be bringing a special apron made years ago for me in hopes that I may someday want to cook . . . guess it worked! Below are the aprons Petunia and Gypsy are bringing. Petunia's was gifted to her by a Navajo friend and Gypsy's was from her days cooking at La Varenne cooking school at the Chateau du Fey, just outside Paris! |

Send a pic of your apron, Mirth . . . Gypsy (aka Deborah) and I are sipping martinis waiting for our flight to be called -- sans aprons. Cheers!
